Organizational structure
Is a joint stock company operating with a Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Executive Board and dependent member units. The organizational structure is as follows:
Main Room
- Has the function of advising the General Director on administrative activities, labor, salary and human resources.
- Perform administrative management tasks: Office equipment, organizing meetings in the company and foreign affairs, documents; organizational and human resource management: Human resource planning, labor standards, labor regime, salary payment methods, human resource training, emulation, rewards, discipline.
Department of Planning and Investment
- Has the function of advising the General Director on activities: Production and business situation, material supply plan, investment.
- Perform tasks on: Production and investment plan, production and business synthesis.
Marketing - Sales Department
- Has the function of advising the General Director on market work and product consumption.
- Performs tasks on: Organizing sales, market research, managing product distribution and consumption systems, and customer care.
Finance - Accounting Department
- Function: Timely monitoring of accounting in accordance with accounting and statistics regimes, economic transactions arising during the period.
- Performing tasks on: Financial work, monitoring of accounting, accounting and corporate finance regimes, capital management and use.
Production Engineering Management Department
- Has the function of advising the General Director on technical, technological, and production coordination work.
- Performs tasks on: Equipment management, production coordination, technical and technological solutions, product acceptance.
KCS Department
- Has the function of advising the General Director on product quality management.
- Performs tasks on: Checking raw materials and supplies for production; supervising the production process, quality of semi-finished products and products.
Security Room
- Advise the General Director and the company's military command on protection, security, fire prevention and fighting, natural disasters and enemy attacks.
- Carry out tasks on: Inspecting and ensuring safety for all activities on the company's premises and port waters; managing the custody of assets; supervising and guiding visitors to and from the company; coordinating with the self-defense force to carry out tasks under the direction of the company and the company's military command.
